Staff Accountant and the Director of Marketing
During the tax season, Joanne takes on the added responsibility of heading up Tempe-based Liberty Tax Service –part of a nationwide chain of retail tax franchises– in which TJ holds an interest. Joanne holds a rather lofty title for someone just a few years out of college. However, she single-handedly hired, trained and managed a staff of more than 20 tax preparers in her first full tax season, more than doubling revenues over the previous year –a testament to her managerial and marketing abilities!

Joanne came to CFO Tech through Liberty Tax Service, where she had been hired as a part-time Tax Preparer during college. She didn’t know what she was getting herself into. Joanne loves the outdoors and loves to organize.
